Can I have an appointment online?
Absolutely. Our psychologists, psychiatrists, and MHGPs offer phone or Telehealth appointments. We'll send you a link at the time of your scheduled appointment.
Most people already have everything required. Here’s the simple checklist:
A device that can make video calls
A smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer all work. If you’re unsure, choose the device you normally use for video calls.
A stable internet connection
Wi‑Fi is ideal, but mobile data can work too. If your connection drops, your clinician will call you — you won’t be left hanging.
A quiet, private space
Some ideas patients often use:
-
A bedroom with the door closed
-
A parked car (engine off)
-
A study or home office
-
A quiet outdoor spot with headphones
You don’t need a perfect space — just somewhere you feel comfortable speaking freely.
Headphones (optional but helpful)
They improve sound quality and privacy, especially if others are nearby.
The telehealth link
You’ll receive a link before your appointment. Just tap or click it a few minutes before your session starts.
If the link doesn’t work, your clinician will call you.
